Mahendra Singh Dhoni, also referred to by the nickname MS Dhoni, is a former international cricket player from India. The only captain in the entire history of cricket to win every ICC trophy is MS Dhoni. On July 7th, the famous cricketer celebrates his birthday. MS Dhoni: Birth, Family and Education 

MS Dhoni was born on July 7, 1981, to Hindu Rajput parents Pan Singh and Devaki Devi in Ranchi, Bihar (now Jharkhand). Lamgara Block, a village in Almora, Uttarakhand, is where he was born. His father, Pan Singh, moved to Ranchi from Uttarakhand and held junior management roles at Mecon. Dhoni, the renowned Indian cricketer, is blessed with a sister named Jayanti Gupta and a brother named Narendra Singh Dhoni. 


During his formative years, Dhoni had the privilege of attending DAV Jawahar Vidya Mandir, a prestigious educational institution located in Ranchi, Jharkhand. It was here that he discovered and nurtured his exceptional sporting abilities, exhibiting remarkable skills in various sports disciplines such as badminton, football, and, of course, cricket.


Dhoni served as a ticket examiner (TT) for the South Eastern Railway from 2001 to 2003 at the Kharagpur train station in West Bengal.

MS Dhoni fell in love with Priyanka Jha when he was 20 years old before falling in love with his classmate Sakshi Singh Rawat. Dhoni was vying for a spot on the Indian team in 2002 at the moment. However, his girlfriend died in an accident the same year. During a certain phase of his life, Dhoni was romantically involved with Lakshmi Rai, a renowned actress from the South Indian film industry. On July 4, 2010, at the DAV Jawahar Vidya Mandir, Mahendra Singh Dhoni wed Sakshi Singh Rawat, a classmate. Sakshi was enrolled in the Taj Bengal's hotel management programme in Kolkata at the time of their wedding.

Ownership

The Ranchi Rays, a hockey team headquartered in Ranchi, are co-owned by MS Dhoni and Sahara India Family. The Hockey India League has a franchise called Ranchi Rays.

MS Dhoni shares ownership of Chennaiyin FC, a football team alongside Abhishek Bachchan and Vita Dani. It is an Indian Super League franchise.

Along with Akkineni Nagarjuna, Dhoni shares ownership of the Mahi Racing Squad India, a SuperSport World Championship squad.

Business

Dhoni debuted his company, "SEVEN," in February 2016. He is the proprietor of the company that makes the shoes and acts as its brand ambassador.


House of Production

The production company "Dhoni Entertainment" is owned by MS Dhoni. "Roar of the Lion," a documentary web series, was the first programme created under this name and it debuted on Hotstar. MS Dhoni himself portrayed the title character in this series. He will soon be on screen playing Atharva in the upcoming online series "Atharv: The Origin."
