Eggless Banana Pancake Recipe

Eggless Banana Pancake Recipe:

The best part is that these pancakes are nutritious while still being fluffy, moist, and tasty. Vanilla can also be added to ripe bananas when they are baked using whole wheat flour and no additional sugar. These are breakfast choice that is guilt-free.


Ingredients for Eggless Banana Pancakes:-


* Banana - 1

* Maida - 3/4 cup (100 grams)

* Wheat flour - 1/3 cup (50 grams)

* Sugar powder - 2 tsp

* Salt - 1/2 to 1/2 tsp

* Cardamom - 4 (coarsely ground)

* Baking powder - 1.5 tsp

* Ghee - 4-5 tbsp

* Milk - 1 cup


Making banana pancakes without using eggs:-


To create Banana Pan Cake, combine all-purpose flour with wheat flour, sugar, salt, cardamom powder, and baking powder in a large basin. Then, stir everything together thoroughly. Bananas should be peeled, chopped into small, thin slices, and thoroughly mashed with a spoon. (Bananas can also be mashed with milk in a mixer.) After the banana has been thoroughly mashed, add the milk, followed by the maida and flour combination, and thoroughly combine. To remove the lumps, the solution must be blended until it is smooth. Mix in 2 teaspoons of ghee with the batter. The batter is ready; hold it for the next 15 minutes. 

To prepare a pancake, heat a nonstick griddle over medium-high heat while adding a little amount of ghee. Once the griddle is warm, remove it from the heat and add 1 tablespoon of the batter. Using a spoon, spread the batter into a light, thick round pancake. With a spoon, spread some ghee all over the pancake and on top of the pancake. Cook the pancake on medium heat until the bottom of the cake turns light brown.

Turn the pancake over once the bottom side has reached a light brown colour and continue cooking until both sides are golden brown. Take the pancake from the griddle when it is done cooking on both sides and place it on a platter. Make and prepare each pancake in the same manner. This much batter makes about 10 to 12 pancakes. Eat a hot, delicious banana pancake with butter, jam, or honey. This pancake also tastes delicious when served with sour pickles. Give the kids a glass of milk to go with it, and they'll have a lovely breakfast.


Suggestion:-

1. A nonstick pan can be used to produce a pen cake.

2. If you use a well-ripened banana, pen cake will taste even better. 

3. You can make banana pen cake entirely out of flour, entirely out of equal parts flour and flour, or even entirely out of flour.
